Legal Education: Alexander Moser studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU). After successfully completing his studies, he completed his legal traineeship in Bavaria and passed the Second State Examination. Even during his studies, he devoted himself to in-depth civil law issues. Research Assistant to Prof. Medicus: Subsequently, Alexander Moser was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dieter Medicus, one of Germany’s most renowned civil law professors at LMU. There, he was active in research and teaching, deepening his knowledge, in particular, of the General Part and the Law of Obligations of the German Civil Code (BGB). Tutor at the Kern Law Review Course: In addition to his academic work, Alexander Moser worked for several years as a tutor at the Kern Law Review Course in Munich. There, he successfully prepared numerous law students for the state exams and conveyed complex legal content in a practical and understandable way.
